Headquartered in Tokyo, Japan, Sony is one of the most comprehensive entertainment companies in the world. Tasked with enhancing the Sony Experience, I led the creative direction for a new initiative—Power Sales.
Through Power Sales, Sony Rewards members gained access to the same prices and rebates as authorized Sony retailers. By encouraging members to spend more and earn points redeemable for future Sony purchases, we successfully increased both sales and customer retention.
We guided the development of multi-device messaging and an updated web presence, empowering customers to explore Sony’s product offerings and fully leverage their membership benefits, creating a seamless and rewarding experience.
By enhancing the appearance and functionality of the Sony site, we captivated customers with visually engaging experiences that encouraged point redemption, driving both new buyer activation and increased loyalty among existing members.
